ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Under the Rules of Battersea Ironsides RFC Ltd, the Management Committee have determined that, the Club’s AGM will be held in the Clubhouse Hall at Battersea Ironsides Sports Club, on Tuesday 16th September 2025, to present the following agenda to the Membership of the Club.

• Club Chairman’s Welcome and Introductions

• Vote to approve the minutes of the last AGM

• Management Committee Reports for 2024/25 season:

  a.     Minis

  b.     Youth

  c.      Women

  d.     Men

  e.     Financial Performance of the Rugby Club and Club House

  f.      Progress on development of facilities/development of pitches

  g.     BISOL update and consideration of any future proposals on behalf of BIRFC

• Approval of the Financial Accounts for the year ending 31st May 2025

• Vote to dispense with the formal auditing of BIRFC accounts

•  Introduce the New Management Committee

•  Honorary Membership

•  Chairman’s Address and Q&A
