Ironsides vs Royal Tank Regiment
A hugely important date in the Ironsides Rugby calendar, saw us hosting our annual match vs the Royal Tank Regiment on Saturday.
At Ironsides, we are always thrilled to host the Royal Tank Regiment for the tanks stand-off match!
This is a true ‘One Club’ event for Ironsides, and the minis Guard of Honour meant there were cheers from all ages at the match got underway.
The RTR lunch did, of course, deliver. Glasses were raised, service was honoured and remembrance was all around.
It was particularly poignant as we support our Senior Men’s Section as they push through Movember!
The clubhouse team put on a fabulous do as always! It is wonderful to have the clubhouse full again and to be able to host our fellow rugby clubs on special days like these.
